PAD 3" x 3" HD Black Anti-Vibration Pad

Ribbed elastomeric face sheets, alternate high and low ribs, 3 per inch, bonded to 1/2" sound/vibration absorbing pad. The HD models have a steel plate bonded between NRC and flatback pads. This combination offers the highest degree of sound attention and vibration isolation available in a pad-type mounting.

Sizing Information

• Pads Should be Sized so There is No More Than 50 Pounds per Square Inch of Machine Weight On It When Installed (Most Machinery is Designed with Approximately 50 PSI Maximum Base Loading)
• Installing a Pad Equal to the Size of the Foot with 1/2" Overlap All Around Will Generally Insure Proper Loading

To Dampen Vibration

Example: A Machine Weighing 1800 Pounds Will Require an Anti - Vibration Pad Approximately 6" x 6" (1800 ÷ 50 PSI = 36 Square Inches or One 6 x 6 Pad). A 3 x 3 Pad Under Each Leg is Required, Provided the Weight is Distributed Evenly Among the Four Legs.
