The Deltech WM heatless desiccant air
dryer is the smallest dryer ranging in capacity from 7-50 scfm and
the choice of -40°F to -100°F pressure dew point performance as
standard. The WM is wall mounted to save space and comes already
assembled and ready to be plugged in.
As a heatless dryer, the WM has the
least amount of maintenance cost of any dryer. The desiccant last
much longer in heatless air dryers than it lasts in heated air
dryers. This saves the user money by not having to buy replacement
desiccant as often.
The WM also uses two alternating
vessels that allow for continuous efficient use as one vessel dries
the air while the other uses purge air to get rid of the water
molecules in the desiccant of the other vessel. The WM has a simple
operating procedure with a timer either set for a 4 minute or 10
minute cycle.
