Aircel VF Refrigerated
Non-Cycling Dryers
10 - 1,200 scfm
Download
Brochure
The Aircel VF Series dryers offer highest
efficiencies at varying flow conditions in a lightweight, compact
design. No other dryer in the industry can offer the efficiency
ratings achieved by the VF Series dryers in variable flow
operation.
VF Series dryers are built with the
patented Variable Flow heat exchanger, which allows for desired dew
point performance regardless of flow variations. Typically, other
dryers with mechanical moisture separators lose performance as
compressed airflow velocity increases or decreases substantially
around the nominal design point.
- 38°F - 50°F Dew Point
- Ambient Air Temperature 35°F - 120°F
- Maximum Inlet Air Temperature 140°F
- Maximum Operating Pressure: 200 psig
- 1 Year Standard Limited Warranty
- Environmentally Friendly Refrigerant R-134a
- Best choice for Rotary Screw Compressors & Units That Have
Existing Aftercoolers

Download
Brochure
With the introduction of Aircel's DC
Series (1,000 - 4,000 scfm) refrigerated air dryers, the bar
has been raised and a new performance standard has been set for
cycling dryers. You no longer have to accept dryers with a large
heavy footprint, circulating pumps, unpredictability, and
uncontrollable dew points as found in typical cycling dryers
utilizing 30 year old technology.
- 38°F - 50°F Dew Point
- Ambient Air Temperature 35°F - 120°F
- Maximum Inlet Air Temperature 140°F
- Maximum Operating Pressure: 200 psig
- 1 Year Standard Limited Warranty
- Environmentally Friendly Refrigerant R-134a
- SingleCel (1,000-2,000 scfm) & MultiCel (2,500-4,000
scfm)
From heavy industrial to high
technology environments, Aircel's DigiCel offers you the exact air
treatment you require. Aircel's DigiCel is a truly energy efficient
dryer design that provides the precise dew point control that
industrial processes demand.

Aircel RTM Refrigerated
Cycling Dryers
2,500 - 30,000 scfm
Download
Brochure
The Aircel RTM Series (2,500 - 30,000
scfm) utilizes high efficiency compressors with defined loading and
unloading capacities and a thermal mass medium for energy storage.
The refrigeration system cools the thermal mass medium to a
predetermined lower temperature. Once that temperature is reached,
the system goes into standby mode until the temperature rises to
another predetermined set point. Only then does the system come out
of standby mode and once again cools the thermal mass medium. No
energy is wasted when demand on the dryer is low. The RTM dryers
are ideally suited when large air volumes need to be dried to a
reliable and constant dew point.
- 38°F - 50°F Dew Point
- Ambient Air Temperature 35°F - 120°F
- Maximum Inlet Air Temperature 140°F
- Maximum Operating Pressure: 150 psig
- 1 Year Standard Limited Warranty

Aircel AEHD Heated Desiccant
Dryers
150 - 3,000 scfm
Download
Brochure
The Aircel AEHD Series uses less purge
air compared to heatless air dryers which give off 15% of total dry
air created. This is because the AEHD series uses an external
source to heat the purge air. This results in lower energy demands
and higher amounts of dry air available per cycle for use. Also,
the AEHD Dryer is fully automatic for easy operation and a
fail-safe design in case of power interruption.
- -40°F Dew Point
- Ambient Air Temperature 38°F - 125°F
- Inlet Air Temperature 40°F - 110°F
- Operating Pressure: 60 - 150 psig
- 1 Year Standard Limited Warranty

Aircel HRE and HRS-L Heated
Desiccant Dryers
600 - 10,000 scfm
HRE: Download Brochure
HRS-L: Download
Brochure
The Aircel HRE and HRS-L
Heated Dryers blow atmospheric air over the desiccant bed to get
rid of remaining water molecules and regenerate the desiccant.
Process air is only consumed during depressurization and
repressurization of the off-line tower and, in the case of the HRE,
during cool-down of the regenerated bed. This amounts to an average
2% of the rated capacity of the dryer. The less purge air used,
means more dry air passed along for utility use. Also, by reducing
the purge air needed, it allows for a smaller compressor that
requires less energy to run. The heated blower HRE/HRS-L dryers are
the most efficient of all dryers to operate. The HRE and HRS-L may
have a higher initial cost than the heatless desiccant dryers, but
they have substantially lower operating costs. This saves money and
results in a lower lifetime cost of the dryer.
- 40°F Dew Point Standard (Contact Us for -100°F)
- Ambient Air Temperature 38°F - 125°F
- Inlet Air Temperature 40°F - 110°F
- Operating Pressure: 60 - 150 psig
- 1 Year Standard Limited Warranty

Aircel AHLD Heatless
Desiccant Dryers
80 - 5,000 scfm
Download
Brochure
The Aircel AHLD Series is based on the
traditional twin tower concept. Regeneration is achieved by using a
partial stream of the dried air, expanded to atmosphere, and
directed through the off-line desiccant bed. In addition to
standard designs Aircel has the experience, engineering and
manufacturing capabilities to design dryer systems of any size
including pressures up to 10,000 PSIG and volume flows up to 20,000
SCFM. Designs that meet NEMA ratings of all types or other
specialty industry codes such as "pharmaceutical" or "offshore" are
easily accommodated.
