Deliquescent desiccant tablets incorporate the latest improvements in deliquescent dehydration. DQ11 is compressed under more than 20,000 pounds PSI into high density tablets with elliptical ends. This hardness level insures that the tablets will retain their shape through their operating life and keep uniform air flow throughout the desiccant bed. Deliquescent desiccant tablets are all pure active ingredients for longer and more effective drying.

• 25% More Capacity Than Other Tablets DQ11 deliquescent desiccant tablets are 91% pure compared with 70-75% of other tablets. This translates into more moisture capacity and longer life. DQ11 has up to 30% more drying capacity than competitive deliquescent tablets. DQ11 deliquescent consumption is proportional to moisture load of air and system performance; for example, aftercoolers, separators, filters and automatic drain valves.
• Superior Air Flow: DQ11 deliquescent desiccant tablet shape is close to being a sphere. This insures that the tablets will not ""stack"" on each other to impair airflow and allows maximum use of the entire desiccant bed.
• Non-Channeling/Non-Bridging: the unique shape also reduces channeling and bridging in towers. Round tablets are far more likely to create undesired flow patterns in the deliquescent dryer bed due to channeling. DQ11 deliquescent provides deliquescent dryer air for a longer period of time by improving flow efficiency.
