Combo Diaphragm Drain Valves

Combo Diaphragm Drain Valves

$0.00
Timer Controlled, 0 - 300 psi, unlimited cfm

The Combo Diaphragm has a large orifice which virtually eliminates clogging by rust, scale, or other air system debris. The diaphragm's functionality is to lift up to expose a large orifice. If the bleed orifice in the diaphragm clogs, then the diaphragm will not lift up, the valve is seemed blocked, and stays closed.

The Combo Diaphragm is designed to remove condensate from compressors, compressed air dryers and receivers regardless of their size or capacity - simply adjust the interval and discharge times to suit the particular compressed air system.

Benefits:

  • • Compressed air systems up to any size
  • • The direct acting valve is serviceable
  • • Suitable for all types of compressors
  • • TEST (micro-switch) feature
  • • 2 year warranty

Advantages:

  • • Discharge up to 2 gallons per drain opening at 100 psig
  • • Large (7/16") valve orifice
  • • Medium pressure up to 300 psi

Diagram

The forged brass valve body has a full port 7/16" drain orifice. This large orifice virtually eliminates clogging by rust, scale, or other air system debris and can discharge more than two gallons of condensate per drain opening at 100 psig. It is recommended the use of a strainer in front of any diaphragm valve. The valve does have a large orifice, but the diaphragm needs to be protected.
