Air-Saver Motorized Ball Valve 2'' NPT 230 VAC

The Air-Saver is designed to lock your air receiver overnight. If you have a one or two shift operation the Air-Saver can be programmed for example to open at 6:00 am and lock at 6:00 pm. By locking the air receiver you stop the compressed air from leaking out overnight.

The Air-Saver is a programmable motorized ball valve. The push buttons make the Air-Saver easy to program and the 7 day programming provides real flexibility.

The Air-Saver can be used in gas and liquid streams.

A good application for the air-saver is protecting air receiver tanks. At the end of the final work shift the Air-Saver will shut the air tank off from the rest of the system. The compressed air within the air tank will be saved rather than lost through pipe leakages. The Air-Saver is installed on the air outlet of the air tank. The Air-Saver will automatically open just prior to the start of the working shift, and closes just after the working shift is over.
