Sure Drain
The Sure-Drain uses a ball valve design because it has proven a reliable and trouble-free way of draining condensate from air systems. A straight-through design protects against clogs.
See the literature (brochure) for complete details The ball valve is connected to the gear motor with a coupling to eliminate any small misalignment and reduce any chance of premature ball valve failure. All valves are provided with glass reinforced seals and stainless steel ball and stem for long lasting protection against corrosion. The programmable solid state timing control is simple because it is accessible from the outside. Time between each draining cycle can be adjusted from 1 to 50 minutes. The TEC-44 will successfully remove condensate from deliquescent dryers, tanks, vessels and refrigerated dryers. The TEC 44 is designed to remove high viscosity effluents at pressure ratings up to 720 psi. The TEC-44 features microprocessor technology, a 10 channel programmable cycle with LCD, valve open LED, push to test button, anti-blockage system, and a battery back-up for protection against power failure.
