eCompressedair is located in Westfield, MA and our 21,000
square-foot main distribution warehouse is where the majority of
products are shipped from. This allows our dedicated staff to
properly check each shipment for quality assurance.
We also have
multiple drop-shipment locations throughout the U.S. that specific
products can be sent from for faster shipping to your location.

eCompressedair ships Internationally and customers can use their
own broker or forwarder for larger shipments or UPS International
for smaller shipments. All International orders are subject to a
$40.00 export fee, even when shipped to a freight forwarder in the
U.S. This fee excludes all U.S. Domestic and Canada shipments.

eCompressedair uses two types of shipping methods to make it easy
for customers to pick the right option for them: UPS
Domestic/International or your specified carrier.

Online orders are processed using an estimated freight calculator
and the charge on the invoice will reflect the shipping charge.
International orders will not display an estimated shipping cost
online. Please contact customer service for International
shipping.
Orders placed over
the phone will receive freight charges that are estimated during
the order process and cannot be finalized until the products are
ready to be shipped. You will not be charged until the exact
freight is known upon shipment.

eCompressedair will automatically email your order tracking
confirmation receipt once your order has been shipped so you know
exactly when it should arrive.
To ensure you
receive all email confirmations, please make sure your email
address is correct by checking "Your Account" on the website or
call our customer service toll-free: 866-650-1937.
6.
For large equipment items like air dryers and receiver tanks,
online shipping will be marked as "To Be Determined" and our
customer service with contact you after the order is placed to make
arrangements for delivery. These items can be quite large and we
want to assure the proper delivery precautions are taken to make
sure they arrive exactly as ordered without any problems.
