The CT30 is a non regenerative filter style desiccant air dryer.CT30 Desiccant Air Dryer / Filter The CT30 desiccant air dryer can be used for any point of use application where you want protection from water, oil, and dirt. The CT30 has a capacity of 30 SCFM.

The CT30 comes fully assembled, uses no electricity, and is easy to install in your existing compressed air line. Install it near the intended point of use.

Typical compressed air is saturated with 50% to 100% relative humidity. That means that the compressed air is carrying a lot of moisture vapor when it goes into your paint gun or point of use application. Filters and traps only take out liquid water that has already fallen out of the compressed air and do nothing to protect you against the 50 to 100% moisture vapor still remaining in the compressed air.

The CT30 desiccant air dryer removes moisture vapor down to 1/2% relative humidity or a -40°F degree dew point. This means no moisture can condense into liquid water until the compressed air sees a temperature of -40°F.
