Thank you for shopping at eCompressedair. Need to return something? Don't Worry. Please call us to arrange a return or exchange at 704-846-2004. Please do not send your item back without first contacting us.

Fit & Function Warranty

Our equivalent parts are designed to fit and function like the original equipment they replace. Many of our parts are manufactured for us on a private label basis by USA manufacturers. Not all of our replacements are manufactured in the USA. eCompressedair stands behind its aftermarket compressor parts, filters, and separators. If we send you an item that does not fit or for some other reason the part does not work, eCompressedair will accept the item(s) back and provide a store credit or credit your charge card.

Air Compressor Parts, Filters and other Replacement Parts

Damaged or defective parts: eCompressedair stands behind its aftermarket compressor parts, filters, and separators. If we send you an item that does not fit or for some other reason will not work, eCompressedair will accept the items back and provide a store credit or credit your charge card.

Ordered the wrong part number: Contact us at 704-846-2004 and we will send you the correct parts and have you send the wrong item back to our warehouse. There is no restock fee on exchanged items.

Other: Items purchased may be returned for other reasons. The following applies.

Parts must have been purchased within the last 30 days
Items must be in new condition
10% restock fee
Customer pays return freight

After calling us at 704-846-2004 to authorize a return or exchange, please send the items with a copy of the packing slip to:

Enclose a copy of the original packing slip with a memo indicating the items you are returning. Be sure to include a contact name and phone number.

Equipment

The manufacturer's warranty and return policy applies on all equipment purchases. Warranty and return procedures are different for each manufacturer. Please call us at 704-846-2004 for help with all equipment returns.

Examples of compressed air equipment: desiccant compressed air dryers, refrigerated air dryers, air receivers, hygrometers, air compressors, and any other compressed air equipment.

Do not return any equipment without first calling us at 704-846-2004 for a return authorization number and the correct ship to address.
