Air/Oil Separator Elements
Air/Oil Separators for rotary screw and vane type air
compressors provide the ultimate filtration, with a micron rating
of 0.3. All particles passing through the air and lube oil filters,
which are larger than 0.3 microns, will be trapped by the
separator. Separators are constructed of a depth loading media, and
have good dirt holding capabilities.
The basic purpose of this product is to separate the oil from
the air through coalescing action. The oil is physically trapped by
the separator while allowing air to pass through. The oil is then
drained down to the sump, removed by the pickup tube and return
lines, and returned to the sump to be recompressed in a continuous
cycle.
A separator's life will vary considerably from thousands of
hours down to very short cycles depending on usage and
environmental conditions. (i.e. dust, humidity, smoke, pollution,
etc...)
Meets or Exceeds OEM Specifications
Specifically designed to fit your original equipment, our
air/oil separators offer equal to or better than performance based
on each manufacturer's stringent specifications. Since our
suppliers specialize in filtration, they are able to take OEM
requirements and combine that knowledge with their filtration
experience to build a superior separator.
Our Air/Oil Separator Replacements come with a manufacturer's
warranty that matches or exceeds the original OEM warranty.
Holds its Shape
An eCompressedair air/oil separator holds its shape under
pressure and will maintain the maximum surface area for improved
performance. Its rigid construction helps maintain even pressure
differentials keeping the air/oil separator from collapsing and
shutting down your compressor.
Better Construction
Because of how it's constructed, you won't find one of our
air/oil separators failing prematurely. Built with such features as
steel metalwork, nylon end-caps and metal to metal welding, with
our air/oil separators your compressor can perform better and last
longer.
Original equipment manufacturer (OEM) names are the trademarks
of each manufacturer. On products marked "replacement," OEM names
and part numbers are for reference only.
